CONSTABLE, ALBERT, a Representative from Maryland;
born near Charlestown, Md., June 3, 1805;
was admitted to the bar in 1829 and settled in Bel Air, Harford County, Md.;
moved to Baltimore and practiced law;
later moved to Perryville, Cecil County, Md.;
elected as a Democrat to the Twenty-ninth Congress (March 4, 1845-March 3, 1847);
judge of the circuit court of Maryland in 1851;
died in Camden, N.J., September 18, 1855.
